Hey, I'm no English Lit graduate, but I'm pretty sure the clause: "Ignoring genocide is also illegal under international law..." cannot be much more punctual, and even if any scholar could point out bad punctuation I doubt it would make my meaning any clearer.

I don't know how bad punctuation got you confused between 'ignoring genocide' and 'committing genocide'.

Sorry....

I agree with what people have said about how this is only going to get worse. This thing may run for years, and will get even worse when one considers that about 1,000 Taliban escaped from jail last week.

Saw on the news today that the female soldier who died was called Sarah Bryant, she was 26 years old, and had got married just two years ago. I think Tony Blair, who is apparently religious, should stop going to church because if there is such a thing as god (I don't believe personally) then the entity that is god will want nothing to do with him now.

Most international experts agree Afghanistan under the Taliban needed to be reeled in otherwise Al quaida would still be training god knows how many western based muslims to be members of secret cells

Iraq on the other hand was/is a bloody disgrace

The Bosnians didn't seem to mind when we 'invaded' Bosnia.

Didn't see the Dutch or French fighting allied troops in 1944 when we 'invaded' mainland Europe.

I have other examples.

Watched PMQ's yesterday & Brown announced, & seemed to be genuinely surprised, that we are now fighting an insurgency, just what does he expect?

I'm sure the imbecile thinks they should be saying 'British soldiers, respect - we had better get out of here or they'll kick our ass'. I don't see why we need to be there on the ground, because the only purpose we serve is to be target practice for the insurgents. We should stick to air attacks, carpet bombing and assassination of anyone we don't like. We must be able to bomb them back to the Stone Age.
