What do people think of him? To me it sort of works but not totally. I don't want to be a regionalist but I'm not sure if the strong west-country accent works with the whacky character he does (just my opinion). What do other people think of him?

I think he's great.Having lived for many years in Bristol it's nice to see someone who's not afraid of the accent which numerous famous Bristolian presenters in the past have done their best to hide.
