Does any know how long Jaded take to send out orders. i have ordered a couple of DVD's nearly two weeks ago, heard nothing so far. Even tried e-mailing for order progress but had nothing back.

For a start two weeks is not long in any circumstances.
Secondly it depends whether the DVDs are in stock. If they are not, and one of jaded's faults is that they do not indicate which items are in stock, you could wait for months as the distributors may have run out. If this is the case they will wait until there are enough back orders to press some more - they are not going to press single copies of a DVD or make a single copy of a tape. I once waited about three months for a title that was temporarily out of print, but it did arrive eventually. e-mails to jaded (or any other retailer) will not speed up this process.
On the other hand they may arrive tomorrow.

Just to say I recently ordered a video from them - took about a month to arrive.
A month isn't a long time from the US. Quality of the item, packaging very good. I would certainly order from them again.

Hi,
I too have ordered a DVD (Shane World 12) from Jaded 2 weeks ago (15/07 exactly). It hasn't arrived yet, but again from the States it can take a while, especially if shipped at a low priority.
I emailed Jaded customer service to get an update last week (email : customerservice@jadedvideo.com) and I got an answer in the following hour, confirming that my order had been shipped on 31/07 - should arrive anytime now.
NB : look on the Jaded website. They have a 'Hall of Fame/Shame' of DVD publishers - ranked on speed of delivery :

I had very good service from www.fivestardvd.com : good choice, and speedy shipment, with confirmation emails to track the order. I would recommend them over Jaded.

I recently ordered from 2 dvds from them and had one dvd put on backorder.
Arrived the a day after the first dvd!!
I know will let you know if its on the backorder with a warning this may take 3 months-as i did, find a different supplier.
In my experience a month isn't a long time too wait.
