Who do we complain too....they admitted before they went on air that the pics and vids to download were already done....I have 20 pound credit on my mobile,they've done something which has fucked up my credit card...but that may be down to the billing company....should I try and watch paying with my mob?????? my gut instinct is NO....

I'm fuckin furious.....they trailed this for weeks...it was meant to be a 4 hour show,but on the night they increased it by another 3 and a half hours..no-ones gonna watch the whole show so that will allow them to say oh you weren't on-line when it became hard.....from looking at other forums I'm not the only one to be charged on my card and not let on...
