Simply not true, I had to attend court once to retrieve a load of equipment, the amount of drug related issues we had to fucking wade through first was amazing, not one of them got sent down, most got community service (joke) or fines, which of course they could not pay, or were given a massive amount of time to pay with thier benefits.
We lost everything even though we awarded the judgement and costs, the slimy bastard had no money so couldn,t pay, and obviously never even turned up.

great idea! of course when they are you also make sure that drug users are then not allowed to use the nhs, or claim benefits or claim any of the benefits of society as they have chosen not to be a positive member of it.
