Water's about all that will help---and you'll need to stay hydrated.

I'm not a doctor, but if it goes on for more than 2 days you might want to see a doc just to make sure its not going to damage anything permanently.

well started mildly three days ago so if not clear monday il go docs . not ate anything for two days dont feel like it obviously lol

Had food poisoning 3 yrs ago, ive never felt so ill in all of my life.

I was off work for 10 days, the doctor made me go to the hospital for tests.

Symptoms were; hot and cold fever, difficulty breathing at times.

All from a bbq spare ribs from a Chinese takeaway, never eaten Chinese since lol.

Seafood seems to be a more common cause of this, I find. Not a scientific investigation, just an observation.
