Hey

May not be of any interest to any one,but just phoned Sony about my broken PS3. Was really impressed by their service. 5 minute phone call and have got a courier calling at work on Monday with a brand new console. Read alot of horror stories about getting the run around,but was really impressed my self. Even a very pleasant young man at the call centre.

The only complaint I have really (apart fom the heap of shit going tits up) is that its more than a little tricky to track down the phone number. So any PS3 owners,you may wanna make a note of this 08705 99 88 77

Hi Had two S3 go wrong..agree Sony very good...bit worried about what will happen when they it goes out of warrantee though......
