I actually take sleeping tablets but i find watching Pompey play has the same effect on me !laugh! !footie!

I normally get up and watch tv for an hour or so until I feel sleepy then I get back into bed. Alternatively Radio 4 during the night also has a soporific effect!

Actually the idea about having sex or a wank is actually quite sensible - when a bloke climaxes, it releases a hormone into the bloodstream that actually acts as a relaxant - hence why a lot of blokes fall asleep straight after sex.

That's my excuse anyway....ahem...
