US Open Final tonight

Post by spunkie »

So is Andy murray going to do it? Usually id be rooting for any Brit in a big sporting final and of course it would cap off an good sporting month for the UK if he won. But (and i do feel a little guilty about this) i just cant take to him. Theres a little piece of me that says 'hope the jock gets stuffed'.

What does everyone else think?

Hope the jock fucking wins more like spunkie!!!cool!
Please do it for us lads Andy and you will be a living Scottish Legend. I think a lot of the doubters (mostly English it has to be said, hmm strange that) will be eating humble pie if they haven't already been scoffing it already ...!wink!

COME ON ANDY - SPANK THE YANK**

PEOPLE think Stephen Hawking is so clever, but when you ask him a question and he is typing in the answer on his little screen, how do we know he isn't just looking up the answer on the Internet?

I guess he'll lose. It doesn't bother me one way or the other as I don't like tennis - and I can't get that enthusiastic about a Scottish victory. Scottish/Swiss - Swiss/Scottish, any one will do.

Lost in straight sets just like I thought. He will never be a 'great'.Find him sulky and irritating.Pathetic how him getting to the semis was such big news in UK!

Like most UK tennis players, he'll show flashes of promise but ultimately fail to achieve at the highest level. For him 2nd is probably good enough, seeing he still trousered half a million dollars. You still make a decent living in tennis by being near the top even if you never make it, so why bother?
