I am confused as to how exactly this is not piracy. Has the site in question paid BD a fee. If not why is BGAFD carrying this link? Clearly it serves no purpose other than as an alternative to people buying the video in question. Why not just post up download links to every Brit porn film? That was we punters can get the lot for free, and them producers/models can go out of business. Anyone got links to all Marcus Allan and Phil Barry's films? Ta.

If the whole video were posted I would agree with the argument you put forward but as the link came from layla jades yahoo group(Authorised or Unauthorised-I don't know)i would assume a little bit of self promotion is happening.

The other point about BGAFD carrying the link is double edged.
If it is piracy then rest assured those that own the rights will now know where too look where as before it was lost in the maze called Yahoo.

I've never seen a pirate produce mpegs like this on the web.

I will not be buying that film unless Dear Ole Uncle Ben stops editing the piss scenes from his Your Choice edits. And before anyone says the piss is included in the R18 I should point out that like most people in the UK R18 is not an option as all the sexshops outside London are owned by Dinky Dave who does not stock Bens stuff due to Ben having the audacity to refuse to be ripped off.
