They're saying the inquest is starting today! Haven't we already had about 6 of them?

Maybe, but we need a real one that finds the fuckas who shot him found guilty of murdering an innocent man.

He was an innocent man shot in the head six times at point blank range by a person or persons unknown (as yet)
So as he is now dead, it's not self defence or manslaughter....it's murder.
Try telling his family anything different.

As much as id like to put the boot into the police,on this occasion i feel for the cops who did it. They honestly thought they were chasing a bomber, they have it on their consiences for the rest of their lives that they killed an innocent man, thats punishment enough i reckon.

"nobody will be found guilty of this murder"

Correct. Because in order to secure a conviction for murder it is necessary to show "malice aforethought".

In other words, unless it can be proven that the police knew the victim was an innocent man, it follows that there cannot be any murder conviction.

Following someone for a length of time whilst holding weaponry would normally be taken as a signal of malicious intent, but I fully accept the point you make.

suspected terrorist who was an illegal migrant gunned down after fleeing police not a week after an attempt to blow up another set of london destinations = national headline news

poor british girl hacked to death in brazil and various body parts dumped in different locations = not even worthy of a side mention
