I can get a loaf of white bread for 40p at Asda yet some 'branded' are 3 times that.Credit crunch? Went to a local carpet shop 2 weeks ago , put a deposit on a carpet i liked , on the pretext they'll come and measure up (as they'd prefer to) and then come and fit it , was quoted ?350 for a 6.5x4 mtr and ?42 fitting , came today to measure up and it's now gone up for the 4th time this due to currency/credit crunch/oil price it's now ?440 and ?64 fitting . It's the same fucking carpet that was hanging up 2 weeks ago , why the fuck do i need to be charged more for something they've already bought and got in stock ??? JJ .
