Has anyone on this forum had problems with the vintage erotica forum posting materials which were copyrighted. Someone very close to me who is a very well know adult performer and model , had some of her copyrighted materials posted on this site without her permission, when the site administrator was asked several times to remove these materials , rather than do the right thing they banned them from the site and left the materials posted. My view is I help her sue these arrogant dicks for every penny they have and close the site, however if any of the wiser forumites have any insight in dealing with these people it would be most appreciated.

The wholesale removal of pirated material and direct links to sites with material, owned by such as Private and Hans Moser and found on VEF would suggest that they do listen to complaints if you push hard enough.

have u tried threatening a DMCA? or contacting the hosting company with ur complaint. i find that usually does the trick.

Im sure if u tell the problem they will remove the content, my advice is to ask politely.

Personally I would threaten the fucker with a lawsuit. And don't get talked out of it regarding its for the public and fans. I doubt your client can live off fresh air. Stamp on it while you've got the chance.

Have you tried mailing them?

I know at least one model who had stuff posted and when she complained, they removed all posts that she complained about, then made her a VIP member so she could say what pictures were allowed there.
