Frank Bruno must be the last person on the planet to fake being a bipolar victim. As he is rather lacking in grey matter I would be very suprised if he had even heard of bipolar.

Everyone is bipolar, it's a fact - we're happy sometimes and other times we're sad. Some silly feckers in the branch of psychiatry decided to call it an illness and a bunch of lawyers jumped at the chance to use it in defence of their clients, as an excuse for their bad behaviour. It should really be renamed the Cock&Bull Syndrome.

There are strict clinical criteria for the diagnosis of bipolar and there are 3 varieties of bipolar. There are plenty of other common mental conditions as well (such as autism, aspergers, OCD, ADHD and various personality disorders) but it just so happens that famous people often are bipolar.
