Is selling Viagra Online Legal?

Can anyone tell me if selling Viagra online is legal?

Its a prescription only medication, (POM) so unless you're assessed by a doctor and prescribed the drug, it's illegal. Many site claim to have your application assessed by their online doctor. How many they reject is anyones guess.

Yes you are right! Some dude has spammed my forum with a Viagra ad and I can't seem to delete his posting because I CAN'T FIND THE DELETE TOPIC LINK!
I don't mind him making money if it is legal.

Mike, ban his IP from your site, and maybe consider spam filters.

I'm no expert on this but if you ask on Kitz's form, I'm sure the webmistress would be only to pleased to help, as they had to deal with a spam storm not so long back.

Thanks but I have now closed the Forum. Removing a topic should be easy and I could not do it. Therefore I have closed it. I liked having a forum but perhaps I willl find a more user friendly one in the future that I can use.
