A legal question

Re: consent
A person under 18 can sign any contract he wants to. A court will not however uphold the contract unless it is for "necessaries". In a famous case concerning a student at, I think, Cambridge, the court upheld a contract against an under-age student (in those days the age of majority was 21) for 13 "fancy waistcoats". M'Lud opined that for a person of his station in life, 13 fancy waistcoats were necessary, and therefore the little sod had to pay for them.

Re: Paul..
I spoke to her mother.
The story was this 16-year-old girl (a virgin btw) had been suspended from school for putting her huge tits on a teacher's head. The tale then appeared in the Sunday People and the girl was signed up by Yvonne Paul. We rang the People who put us in touch with Yvonne who arranged the fee which was as I seem to recall ?2,000 or poss ?3,000. She came down from Lancashire on her own for the shoot...no appropriate adult present.

Re: A legal question
So, does anyone know where to get pics of a 16 year old, or better still if any videos exist ?

Re: A legal question
Agree with all the guys here - photographing a girl 16 & over is quite permissable (Childrens Act 92), but generally contracts with somebody under are unenforeceable, but if the shoots done and the money paid, then the gap of unenforceability in practical terms doesn't exist. I'll do a little more research as I think employment may be less restricted between 16-18? But as everybody else says the big problems are the US and BBFC.
