Why did nobody let the old bat know sooner? - then she could have moved her billions into euros, before the ? sunk. Bet the old b'hatch would have no qualms about putting her money in Europe to maintain it's value, but would be up in arms if we dropped her head from our money.

Don't think I've ever watched more than the opening seconds of any broadcast she's ever made - it was a quick scramble for the remote if ever the TV was on a channel broadcasting the tripe.

Actually,

I won't bore you with the detail, but she takes c?30m a year from the Civil List- but this is as part of a centuries old deal where she puts billions into the tax pot from the Crown Estates.

So I don't begrudge her the 30 mil.
