Government Health Warning on Tobacco Proven Wrong

Whilst smoking some Coniston Cut Plug by Gawith Hoggarth & Co of Kendal, Cumbria, in my beautiful 1955 Dunhill LB pipe yesterday afternoon, I could hardly fail to notice on the pack a government health warning, informing me that the tobacco would 'damage the sperm'.

However, last night, my wife reassured me that it tasted as good as ever.

I do like a bowl of Coniston myself. I can heartily recommend Squadron Leader
if Mrs R fancies fancies a little Latakia on the tongue.

I'm smoking Squadron Leader right at this moment.

I've smoked pretty much every high-quality pipe tobacco there is (and some that are no longer in production), but I've yet to find anything that I prefer to good old Condor.

I do like Alsbo Black for a fruity aromatic, and Coniston if I have a Falcon with me to give a cooler smoke. I still get Erinmore as it is one of those comforting aromas i remember from when I was a child.

That Britain has come to this....The only place you can have a discussion about pipe smoking is on a porn forum. !sherlock!

Good on ya, a smoker and proud of it. All those health warnings are based on bad, spurious science funded by the nanny-state-veggy-wire-rim-specs-wearing-car-plane- hating-frigid-fun-loathing-anti-smoking-gestapo!
