I ordered one about a month ago and it hasn't turned up

I e-mailed them 2 weeks ago about this and they haven't replied

I am beginning to believe they have folded or something.

I guess the something being that they are crap and do not reply to customer e mails, even though they have my money for delivery for the box.

yeah - to be honest looked genuine enough and I understand they had stalls at Adult-type Exhibitions. In fact wasn't Harmony Hex involved somehow?

So my best guess is they have encountered financial troubles.

I am going to try and ring them at some point to square it away once and for all but as you can imagine it's a difficult conversation to have from my working environment which is an Open Plan office - "Excuse me, but my specialist TV receiver to allow me to view loads of porn hasn't arrived...." !

Get your creditcard company to issue a charge back. In future if you order something and said company does not reply to emails and you have no delivery after 15 days always go to the credit card company to get your money back.
