Marvin Gaye doco on Sky this week. Alarming!!

Most of it is old hat. Nothing really new.

It was on Wednesday night on Sky 3. It might be repeated. It was called "Marvin Gaye: The Final 24 hours" and it was a biog on his whole life aswell as the last day. Numerous people who were around him were interviewed for it.

Reggie, I know what you mean, people have to take the word of the documentary maker when watching these things - unless one knows about the subject from other areas. Like with Wikipedia, you kind of have to trust it.

I remember him back in the 1980's. I remember him saying once that he if could only knock drinking alcohol on the head he could lose weight, but he said he "didnt think there way anything like it in the world" (drinking). Funny story about the Fatty Towers hotel and all the things that went on there, but is all of that entirely true? Lol.
