Ok, I uploaded a video of me humming it as much as I can remember. It samples a classical piece ( I think) and was a German 80's hit *again, I think),

Well I'm not a human keyboard am I, LOL. Ok, it sounds weired, so ighnore the dababa etc but focus on the notes, even though the dabba's are actally notes in the instrumental.

No problems, strangly enough I knew the song as soon as I heard your humming, I actually remember the weird video of the cartoon and people in silver masks before the name came to me. After about 20 seconds I got it.
Just google La Serenissima, the music is actually Vivaldi.
