It's a non story Hungwell. It's the response to a 'suggestion'. It's like suggesting to an eminent scientist that the moon is made of cheese, recording his or her response, then making up an attention grabbing headline. Then people like you end up thinking the moon might be made of cheese !

Did I say I thought it was a possibility? I only posted it because it is a news story. regardless of the reason why. Although there are obviously doctors who would be prepared to let him out, they're usually all too willing to believe they've 'cured' a patient.
