When the US government's security wonks suggested that the on-board karzis be put out of bounds for the last hour of flights, the airlines said that they weren't prepared to accept the law suits from people who wet themselves waiting for landing. End of fatuous suggestion.

It would be interesting to test the legal stance on this, maybe it would be worth booking a flight, then crapping yourself at 28,000 ft, your defence could be that you didn't have any other option, you could state that you had no disposable cash, and no disposable nappies.
My views on Ryanair are well known on here, what starts off as a ?5.97 flight-soon turns into ?60 or more, given all the extras that are foisted on you. I would never use them, not even in an emergency, O'leary makes me sick, you could also use the defence that....shit happens!
