SHe discussed the rape in the film and even returns to the scene of the crime where it happened. Its a very eerie scene - the place where it happens is just out of a nightmare council estate.

I got the impression from the documentary that it was never reported to the police. It was on an estate in London. She went there with a total stranger who she had only just met. She had consensual sex with him and his mate. Unfortunately the bloke then got every other low life druggie in the area to come round and take turns and it turned into a gang rape. She was lucky not to have been given HIV by them.

I think she was damn lucky not to get HIV from the gang bang. I hear none of those guys were tested...and please don't raise the issue of condoms. 200+ guys and not a condom split between them...defies belief to say the least. Personally, I think Ms Chong had a few issues to deal with. I don't think doing a gang bang was the remedy for a previously experienced rape episode, though armchair psychologists within this forum might say that was a reason for her doing The Worlds Biggest Gang Bang in the first place...Still, fair play to the girl, right or wrong it was her decision

Here's the summary, then: she's an insecure attention-seeker with a lot of 'issues'.
We'll never get any progress as long as these rather exceptional stories are touted as the face of modern porn: what price a doc-maker with the courage to do one about a perfectly ordinary, mentally healthy young girl who enters, and later leaves, the industry on her own terms, undamaged, and financially healthier because of it? It does happen............

I think its quite clear in the film that Chong's "issues" existed before she got into porn. I felt the film was about who this woman is, not what she has become because she is the same person at the end of the film as she was at the beginning.

This usually seems to be the case: certain 'damaged'individuals of both sexes are attracted to the biz, then the latter gets the blame when they predictably self-destruct.

I agree with JJ. No one wants to hear about a girl with a high sex drive who gets into the business solely to become notorious for the love of her chosen craft and becomes successful from it...Oh no, cos the media finds it more interesting to see us producers as lecherous, money grabbing, baby eating monsters who exploit pretty young girls and corrupt them. I suppose if a vigilante came in and wiped us all out Charles Bronson style that would be an acceptable ending.

Good and bad porn highlights the hypocrisies of our society, maybe the whole world. Chongs story also reflects this, though it would be nice once in a while to see something that doesn't make you feel guilty for enjoying a perfectly decent wank...
