Names & Addresses of prominent bankers

Would a website giving the names and addresses of prominent bankers and other corporate heads scare them enough to make them more accountable to the general public? What would the legal implications of such a site be, and would it matter if the host server was in the West Bank?

Like it or not, America is the lynchpin of the world economy. If it goes down the rest of the world will follow pretty quickly, so there is no option but to bail them out.

A similar issue is covered in today's Guardian IT supplement. You would almost certainly attract plod's attention under the provisions of the Serious Crime Act that outlaw 'intentionally encouraging or assisting an offence', 'encouraging or assisting an offence believing it will be committed', and 'encouraging or assisting offences believing one or more will be committed.' They would undoubtably see the posting of addresses as an incitement to attack that person or property, whosoever might do any attacking, known to you or not. As for being sited abroad, and why you chose the West Bank I cant think, the mere fact that it was available to view here would render someone here criminally liable, and the police do have I believe a lot of experience and success when it comes to discovering who post what on-line.
