Cleary you are deluded colonel. either that, or your socks are too tight, If I were a Labour MP, I would be enrolling at college-to re-train, thankfully I'm not

They're all greedy, sponging bastards riding the gravy train.
Fair enough, the old cunt worked "daaarn't pit" for 20 years, so at least he knows what it's like to get his hands dirty.
Now though, as an MP on a very respectable 64 grand a year, he still claimed another 66 grand on top of that in "expenses" in the financial year 2007-08 (link here):
And what gets me even more is that the grasping old twat has the sheer brass neck to boast about it, and claim that he's 'cheap at the price', just because only two other MPs claimed less than he did.
What other job is there anywhere where you can claim up to three times more in "expenses" (see same link) than you actually earn? It's a fucking disgrace.

I've seen pictures of mass murderers who looked more normal.
Re: Are the Miliband brothers the most...
I've very little time for people who dismiss the work of MP's.
I particularity don't have any time for those who choose to dismiss those from one party with the deluded belief that any other who gets the job then starts 'working'.
Most bollocks comes from ignorance of not knowing what is done at constituency level, or the hours kept while lots more is ignorance based assumptions about 'work' which in most cases can be dismissed by looking at the biog's of MP's.
The biggest thing that pisses me off is those who rant, moan, bitch etc but sit back and let this 'none working' happen. None will have even thought about doing the so-called easy life which IF the issues piss them off so much you would think they would do.
I think the last lot do it out of jealousy so the challenge is get of your arse, get elected earn the easy money for yourself and make a difference.

Yes Andy, because we all know what a fine upstanding lot they are don't we (and I'm leaving party politics out of it, not singling any group out).
It's probably an exaggeration to say that they're all useless all of the time - but a lot of them are pretty damn useless most of the time.
And it seems to me that the higher up the party ladder they climb, the more detached and useless they become.

You said it for me, Eric.
Re: Are the Miliband brothers the most...
Actually in a recent Sky news survey, more Tory MPs have worked (got their hands dirty as the saying goes) in the big world BEFORE entering politics than Labour ones !!
A lot of Labour MPs, which may surprise supporters, either came straight from a university/legal role or a trade union background, which they had been fastracked even in the old days....i.e. son of the out going one. For example the Balls and Cooper couple neither of them have EVER worked in the big world, god knows what their pillow talk is like.......Just like the Miliband boys.
and now Labour are trying to get the 22 year old daughter of one of Blairs old advisers into s safe seat !!...but the ballot boxes had been fiddled with /.....all sounds very naughty...
