'Ministers brother first to charged in Mirrorgate case'

Tim Blackstone is a pr guru and former porn star.
He is also the brother of Lady Blackstone the Labour Arts Minister.

Earlier this year, Mr Blackstone said: "I was interviewed by the DTI in February last year. I honestly don't believe I have done anything wrong. The only reason that this is of interest is that my sister is a Government Minister and I appeared in soft porn films 30 years ago".

Some of the films he appeared in were hardcore (mainly John Lindsay loops) so he is telling only half the truth?
