It's a wonder that all you folks have so much time on your hands to debate such a boring old subject. There have been any number of learned enquiries into the reasons why the ladies who become tarts do it and the the result has always been (whisper it who dare) that they ENJOY the job. Simple as that. Or complicated as that.

Surely, the ladies (and men) who appear in porn films, having sex on screen, and then getting paid for it, are in fact performing the same act as a "proper" prostitute?????!!!!!!!

At the end of the day, they are having sex with somebody for a fee- and that is prostitution.

I find it very interesting that although both are in essence the same thing, one is deemed illegal (prostitution) and the other ok (being paid to have sex with someone for a film). Utter madness!
