... and in fact the current situation might be argued to be Dubya's
fault, for having included them in the 'axis of evil' [on no evidence
whatsoever, BTW; NK 'terrorism', such as it is, has always been
aimed at their immediate sphere of influence, i.e. SE Asia] and then
refusing to talk to them at all for another four years. I can't imagine
anything LESS likely to induce paranoia in a paranoid dictator.

And don't forget, it was the massively liberal Bill Clinton that was the
only US president who came within eight hours of ordering a nuclear
strike on Yongbyon....
