What do you mean, jj? That minorities of all types don't reciprocate the good manners I'm championing here?

Well, thanks for listening. Am I then right to conclude that you don't think being polite and considerate to others as being important?

I agree; without manners, we are less than human.

Obviously.
But I might take issue with 'all' : -)

I've put 'human' in the past, and recently, have been tempted to put 'master' to see the response, but thought better of it as it would no doubt end up on some government database to be used against me in the future.
We have need of you again, great king.

Just a little update Sam. I actually consider myself to be quite a polite person but I can also be very quick tempered. In any given situation, I call it like I see it and if I'm rude it tends to be because somebody deserved it (in my view).I don't pretend to be Peter Perfect and most of my working life has been spent in predominately male and, dare I say it, white occupations.During a recent job we were using a high temperature anti-seize compound which we simply called "the black shit" We had a Nigerian lad on work experience and I asked my mate to pass the black shit. I immediately realised what I'd said, as did my mate but I don't know if the lad did. After that we tried to use the correct term but now he's gone we're back to calling it the black shit and I don't see that as a problem if indeed there ever was one. I suppose that depends on your point of view.

I take my lead from Alan Sillitoe, who, in the 1962 census [IIRC]
gave his age as 82, and for his impudence was fined ?50.

People must be so bored or so disgruntled with life for how much talk is going on about colour around here.

Lets talks about the fucking and porn and the girls man!

Lets get back to the basics of what this forum is about.

If you want to talk about the race thing then maybe you should take it to the forums where you will get some genuine response to the topic....Like the BNP website.

This is alienating a lot of people from posting on this site in general and Ive heard people say that to me in person.

Just a thought is all. After all you are free to talk about it but it seems like every other post these days is about the colour thing, the pc brigade and what not

Take a break and have a wank. Or dont people do that anymore?
