Yeah because everyone knows paying taxes solves poverty. Just look at our MPs, none of them are suffering from poverty.

Interesting comments there. I have always been of the view that preaching about how Governments should do more to help out poor nations (which they can only do through money their citizens pay in tax) then moving your business interests to Holland in order to avoid paying tax in your home country (which he did) is not only bad but non-sensical and very hypocritical. He went down in my estimations after that, although I do acknowledge all the good work he has done around the world - none of it benefited him and all of it took up loads of his time - but I do think that for one of the wealthiest people in his country to do the tax avoidance thing, in those circumstances, is out of order.

On the issue of the sunglasses, he apparently has something wrong with his eyes (genuinely). I'm not sure what it is called but it has a complicated, hard to pronounce, name. He said once that he wears differnt coloured shades to protect his eyes because every time someone takes a photo of him, with a flash, he will see the silver light in front of him for the rest of that day. Pretty bad when you have dozens of photos taken of you (with a flash) each day! So he has to wear them.

He's human. He's flawed...but at least he hasnt bashed some granny or knifed some kid or sponged on the state claiming expenses.

So he doesnt want to pay tax. There are numerous businessmen that earn more than the entire collective of this forum and yet they have tax breaks where they pay next to nish.

If its about the silly yellow glasses then this is better than him sucking dicks...So he is uber cool now.
