Quite clearly from the rest of the article, its not just tall snappers who have to fear arbitrary harassment from plod.
I would have thought...
that 'overly small' photographers would be more likely to get arrested as their view point will always be looking up. And today i'm wearing a very short shirt. With my long legs who knows what he could photograph!!! !wink!
