ALthough I acknowledge some of the logic of what magoo says, I can't see a problem with charging for participation, on the following grounds:

1) 25 quid is hardly a king's ransom; and, more to the point
2) Although you could certainly view the blokes as performers, the simple fact is that their motive for taking part will be for fun. They are getting something out of it in terms of their enjoyment, not merely doing it as a job. Most of them would not wish their faces to be seen in the final video, which rather gives the lie to any attempt to portray them as 'performers' in the professional sense. 25 quid is a fair price to charge someone for organising an event which they will enjoy attending, and providing pleasant, classy surroundings for that event.

Some thoughts/assumptions. Apologies if any of it
seems like stating the obvious.

* If you know a reasonable number will attend, I strongly
recommend employing additional 'fluffer' girls. This
seems to be the standard practice with large numbers
of 'amateur wood.' I am sure there are other logistical
challenges as well - you would do well to speak to
someone who has shot one before.

* I would be nervous about making this girls first shoot

* ?25 in no way guarantees sex. That totally remains
