Tuesdsay afternoon

Post by Shaun? »

No doubt a lot of forumites were at work on tuesdyaafternoon in varying forms earniong their way to their next film, unfortunately some of us had to spend the afternoon in the prescence of a lovely young girl who was taking her clothes off whilst I took photos of her nudity etc.

Sandie, the girl in question, was an absolute dream to work with and a great help to me as this was my first 1-1 photoshoot. I'r recommend using her to any of us her who want to do their own photoshoot, but be quick, she's a busy girl.

p.s Sandie, I hope your feet are better now!

Can I offer some advise Shaun. Shooting outdoors is a bugger but you can get better results in difficult conditions by using fill-in flash.

Either buy yourself a suitable gun that will sync with your camera, or if you are non-digital, rate the gun higher than the ISO speed. So shooting on ISO 100 rate gun at ISO200 for 50/50 or perhaps better, rate gun at ISO 400. A little experimentation is required obviously.

Also don't forget that portrait rather than landscape composition for most standing up shots, and fill the frame.

Looks like you enjoyed yourself anyway. Look forward to seeing more.

Phew, thank God I had to spend my afternoon in a stifling office (faulty aircon) hacking away at an uncooperative webserver instead of being subjected to torture like that. Hope you've got over the trauma Shaun, someone has to protect the free world from the dangers of clothed women and I reckon you're just the man for the job :-D

I suggest we form a support group for Shaun just in case he has been traumatized - also perhaps a celebrity concert to fundraise for the next time he visits a camera shop after all of Zipper's advice!

I took a damn sight more than 3 photos, but as a release of any sort wasn't discussed I'm keeping the published pics to a small number.
