havent enjoyed myself so much at a game of football for years.
Millwall have lived up to this endless reputation and spent the entire time since the draw was made telling us hammers how we were all going to get turned over off the pitch come the night.
They arrived all right, just didnt realise the reception we had in store for them and by 8.15pm most of the wannabe hoolies from south london had been turned over good and proper and the pikey chavs who regale people with endless storys of how hard they are completely shit themselves with the prospect of getting proper stuck in and chose to hide behind the old bill inside the ground like scared little children.
Dont cordone football violence nor the mugs who see fit to run onto a pitch for no reason. But seeing the bullys get out bullied was a great pleasure
IRONS, IRONS!!
was at upton park last night...

Must have been a thrill for the people who have been tossing themselves off over 'Green Street' for years to get an opportunity to live it.
There were a couple of indicators of whether or not your club is cool last night. Wolves playing 'Hi-Ho Silver Lining' on the PA = uncool. The number of haddocks on the pitch at West Ham .. definitely uncool.

For the record green street is joked about in a comical way in these parts as its a very bad portrayal of football violence by americans who have never even seen a football riot let alone been apart of one.
Rise of the footsoldier, cass and footie factory are far more accurate portrayals of west hams infamous ICF

Don't think the Inter City was involved last night though was it Hammer ? Turf wars with local yokels from the third division.

The Firm was the best one, with Gary Oldman, Phil Davies and Jim from Corrie.

It's ironic how West Ham fans have banged on for years about how they 'won us the world cup' and now they might become the ones that deny us one.
I wonder what a certain Mr. Moore would have thought about those -and I use the term loosely- 'fans'?
