Reggie, people probably said the same about the Rolling Stones. Tell me, what are the semiotic giveaways of 'looking provincial' ?

gutted

greatest band of the last 20 years, being a 90s teenager much of my life evolved around the whole oasis britpop frenzy that was cooked up.

Been living off 2 great albums for far too long now though, probably best they do explore other projects

Oh, dear, you take this mild banter a little far, eh?
You'd pick a fight with yourself, if left alone for five minutes : -)

You like Oasis; I tolerate them. Tastes of course differ; I don't in
fact dislike their music all that much, although I wouldn't cross the
road to buy one of their CDs. I prefer Alice Cooper : -)
What I dislike about the Gallaghers is their rudenesss, petty aggression
and selfishness, in an industry overpopulated by rich morons. Being
rich is fine, even on what I discern as limited talent. I'd rather they
were trousering huge wads of cash than, say, Mandelson- but I can't
somehow see multimillionaires as part of the 'working-class', whatever
that means nowadays.

The 'nature of truth' must await another day, I fear, and perhaps
a fresh thread.

It's showbiz JJ. If you're into Alice Cooper you appreciate that right ?
