Does anyone know how to resolve a web crashing issue please?
Firefox or Internet Explorer are being used in a chat room.
The chat room loads ok but as soon as the webcam runs both shut down.
I've downloaded, reinstalled Flash several times, deleted cookies and tempory internet files, all the advice given by the site and I've even tried using opera but nothing is working.
The cam is built in the the pc WebCam Companion 2 and the computer is sony va10.
It's Vista (sadly) with McAfee protection.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
