I run a number of successful large sites and have a new project for girls who want their own sites.

No charges, you send in photos I do the technical bits you have access to the billing info so know Im not cheating you and I pay you half the sign up fee.

Must have over 200 hardcore/softcore photos to start and be able to submit at least 2 photo sets a month, the more you do the more money you will make.

Whilst your 50% gets larger, the competition for the girls gets larger too.

I believe you call this a win win situation.

Now, if said girls were to pay for a site, then like all other businesses, they have to invest the initial cost but then are free to reap the profits once the initial outlay is paid for.

At the very least provide some credentials - you post using a Yahoo email address and nothing more than your initials as ID and expect models to send you a sexy photo and their personal details!!

You mention you run a number of successful large sites - what web sites are these? In the current climate successful adult web sites are few and far between and, even if it is successful, no one should expect to retire on the earnings from it. Also photo only sites are dead in the water - sites MUST have video to be successful in todays market.

Any girls considering this should be aware of the pitfalls - its like any partnership, if you do it make sure you are covered legally. Go and seek proper legal advice and get a legally binding contract drawn up and work from there.

Some questions to ask should include who pays the ongoing fees like web hosting? Who legally owns the site? Who owns the domain name? Who owns the pictures and the rights to them? What happens if one party reneges (sp?) on the arrangement?

Any models thinking of starting a site let me know and I will be happy to help out (and, no, I won't take 50% of your subs).

Say theres 10 girls, and each girl gets 50% of her own site...
Well her sites gotta be doing pretty well for her 50% to add up to very much... But her site wont be doing that well,
As strangely enough, despite sending in her content...
Its actually rare her site ever gets updated that much... Why ?
Well the girl will be told... Hey, why wouldn?t I give it my best shot ? "After all... I get 50%... Face it love, YOUR JUST NOT POPULAR ENOUGH" Its not MY FAULT, its yours"...
Sounds reasonable... But if you step away and look at things... why should he be bothered ?
Back to the numbers game... Its because 50% Of ten sites doing shit, = SHITLOADS... But only for the webmaster.
Ok, perhaps this guy does really intend to do it properly...
But if so, he will be the first one ever...
Yet, if that is the case and he is part of a big company etc... Then why is his email sent from a "Yahoo" free email account ?

If I wanted to recruit girl,s for modelling, I would:
at the very least!
a. put a link to some of my work
b. use a proper e.mail addy
c. use my company name/ web address.
d. be totally honest, if your an amatuer webmaster trying to start up, say so, at least people will respect you, and provide some positive advice.
Like Lay say,s, your scheme,s all wrong, and it looks like a scam.
And finally: and this is important! this forum is the WRONG place to try and blag anybody. People that post here, from the
producer,s to the punters are too savvy and you will be found out.
