Ireland Votes "Yes"

Post by Steve R »

Having voted "No" in last year's referendum.

So, the way a referendum works is that the government lets the people decide - then, if the government doesn't get the result it wants, there is another referendum?

If the people had voted "Yes" last year, would there have been another referendum this year?

"The Irish people have spoken with a clear and resounding voice," Mr Cowen said in a brief statement to reporters.

Yep, but they did that 16 months ago, pity they didn't embrace that answer, because it was the 'wrong' one.
We have need of you again, great king.

!cool!
The Irish have voted for them fucking selves. When they voted No they were well off. Now the shit has hit the fan and they are in hard times and everything costs a small fortune they want all of the input from the Eu.
Do they hate the UK that much for fucks sake?
The problem we have is that Cameron is NOT guaranteed to be the next PM, and even if he does get there he still has not confirmed that WE THE PEOPLE will get the Referendum that WE want to scupper this despicable setup.
Politicians, fucking shit em!! We need a revolution to get rid of the fuckers and put the Queen where she should be, which is leading us, because the fucking politicians are leading us to fucking nowhere.
