When you've* stripped your life of everything thats based on want and desire, and only have and do the absolute necessities to sustain life, then you can start berating others for not doing the same.

Any 4x4 hater who owns and or uses a kettle can go and stand in double standards corner.

*not you personally, everyone who jumps on the 'lets pick on 4x4s' bandwagon.

No envy here.
I just dont like them.
You cant get in most car parks,I couldnt get one in my garage, they cost a lot to run,the price of parts is high also, road tax is high, the list goes on.
Alright if you can afford one then buy one but I dont like them and even if I could afford one I would not have one.

whats wrong with an estate car ?
Thats what people bought when you had a large family etc etc before 4x4's came along.

to make it fair lets not forget the usual type of male driver in these motors
(Im talking about 98% of male 4x4 drivers)
The usual bloke who drives one of these will ignore the stop and give way lines at a junction, pull straight out onto a roundabout, got straight into a yellow box junction and block it off, park anywhere, and I mean anywhere because its a 4x4 and I can do that see,be on the mobile the whole time, wear the usual chav clothing, have the big chrome bumpers and chav add ons like stickers and even bigger wheels.
All because its a 4x4 and thats what you do because a 4x4 makes you feel safer.

Yea why not?
I do everyday to and from work.

I use a motorbike.
I use less fuel, pay less road tax,get there quicker, dont have to worry about traffic, laugh at all the 4x4's stick in traffic as I pass them.

Oh and I dont mind a bit of weather as Im not a fair weather rider.
I would sooner do that then be stuck in traffic.

I've got a Ducati and a BSA in the garage and I rode a Yamaha for 2 years in summer and winter every working day but after going "down the road" in nasty weather I now use the car for work and a bike for fun.

You *need* nothing more than cold water to survive.

Tea, coffee, soft drinks, alcoholic drinks etc all consume natural resources and produce greenhouse gasses in their production, and all needlessly, using the 4x4 haters logic.

It wouldn't be so bad if people carriers were occasionally used as an example, but the constant singling out of 4x4s is just tired and sloppy.
