Remembrance

Post by Dick Moby »

I do hope that Al-Qaeda members and their camel shagging supporters were watching the remembrance service at the Cenotaph today. They might have noticed what REAL men look like.

As far as I'm aware there is still "free speech" in this country and if some people find that what I've said is maybe not politically correct that is their privilege.

I was at the rememberance sevice in London today, i stepped off the train at Charing Cross just before 10.30am and walked down to Trafalgar Square where the entrance to Whitehall was packed with people of all ages, thinking that i stood no chance of getting anywhere near the Cenotaph but i thought i would just see how far along i could get, anyway i made a bit of distance by basicaly walking sideways past the crowds only to be confronted by a wall of police who insisted on doing a security check if you wished to continue, the same as at the airports where you emty your pockets and walk through a scanner and they had these right across the road, after getting through that i kept shuffling along Whitehall and made it more or less as far as you could go just a few yards away from the Cenotaph at about 10.55am and caught most of the service and laying of the wreaths and was there for the 2 minutes silence, having watched the evening news they reported that this was the biggest crowd at the Rmemberance service that anyone could remember and i am proud to say that i was there.

While I don't support terrorists, nor their supporters, calling them 'camel shaggers' is still racist. Sorry.

If you think it's ok to be racist as long as the persons you're abusing are 'terrorists' or 'evil' in some way then we'd have to accept Mugabe being called a 'fucking nigger', or Kim-Jong-il being referred to as a 'slanty-eyed, flat-faced chinky'. It just opens the door for the bigots to all have a go.

If calling a terrorist a camel shagger upsets you, maybe you should get out more.
That's the last I will say about it.

I get down to London two or three times a year and on my last visit I made a trip to the Cenotaph. It does make you feel humble just to look at it and you realise what it actually stands for.

Now lets get the details correct.

Are you saying that Al-Qaeda members (sic) do not shag camels but their supporters do?

How do you go about shagging a camel, it would take a brave bloke to try!

I worked out in the middle-east for many years (in private security) and have never met an arab who has shagged or even claimed to have shagged a camel. I'm well aware they will shag medium sized donkeys and sheep of all sizes, I can even confirm that at times of high emotion they will even shag each other, but a camel..........I don't think so.
