Did a search on "Google fade in" and found this



Seems that if you ONLY want to search and DONT move your mouse then it never fades in.

So just start typing your search words in the search field (no need to move your mouse, cursor is already there) and press enter to search.

Then it never fades in.

Gets me too. I can imagine some over-paid creative executive's 'great new concept in the Google search experience' is how this pointless addition came about.

Blond euro-hottie 'Sandy' would never come up with something so daft if she were in charge at Google headquarters. And imagine having her as your boss. You'd get in trouble for NOT having porn of your computer.
