The cinima was as you say frequented by german soldier's so infact the soldier's were the target.
How many soldier's were there on the london underground when it was bombed or in the twin tower's or in the plane's that crashed into the tower's? NONE just civilians.

Yes of course there were civilian's in the cinema but the main target were the german soldier's, there will forever be collateral damage when targeting military personel in civilian area's but as far as i know there was no military personel in either of the tower's or in the london underground and of course the british airport that they tried to drive a bomb into not so long ago, Again no soldier's to target.
