On the Blackpool thread, it was 4 in favour and 4 against.

But since I live near there and thus know what I am talking about, the result is in favour of Blackpool though I am using some artistic license there.

Oh, and given it has more visitors than any other seaside resort in the UK, I rest my case. There is always a place for the dissenting voice, of course.

You wouldnt like Benidorm. They have hamburgers and onions there.

PS This isnt the start of a trend here, I trust. Scunthorpe, what do people think of it? Burnley, the Constantinople of Lancashire. Is it all its cracked up to be? etc. etc.
