I think the one you're thinking of is Stephen Milligan an MP who was fairly local to me. In fact most reports said it was a satsuma, but as in other posts on here, there have been a fair few who went the same way since that one in 1994.

When did she "atest" this?

It doesn't appear in the evidence given at the inquest, so presumably she withheld the information at that time and only on a later occasion did she "atest" to it. What was the later occasion?
