That was my idea of a joke.

I have no problem with public nudity.

I worry much more about public violence.

I can never understand the link between sex (nudity) and violence when it comes to censorship.

If I had my way there would be no censorship of media content of nudity, it would be targeted only at violence.

Have you noticed the level of violence, and threat of violence in the soaps ? Especially Eastenders?

If I had my way any soap with violent content would be treated like "Adult TV". i.e. only shown after 10:00 pm, on encrypted channels which you have to pay a subscription for and then they would be able to show any physical contact in violent scenes anyway!

My theory about nudity is,,,If there was more of it I think there would be a lot less violence in the world.

No concealed weapons. No team colours to fight over. No gang colours.

More nudity will desensitise people to the nudity = sex equation and therefore sexual offences would be down.

Lets face it, if there was no porn around I reckon sex crimes would be up ten fold.

Its not the ultimate answer of course but I think people would have a bit more respect for each other but Im probably getting a bit too deep on this.
