If Google, or any other search engine, links to my site I can see the page in my stats and go to it and I usually see one of my pages and the phrase the surfer has entered. However sometimes there is none of my material on the page?

Not sure exactly what you mean, could you post an example?

It's because the page has changed since the surfer found your site from it.
