I've been voting since 1973 and after all these years I've come to one conclusion. The whole lot of them are cunts. The bottom line is if a person had done fuck all to better themselves for the last 30 years they would be better off than some poor sap who has worked hard.
In the 1970's/80's while I held down a fucking shit job and paid rent in the private sector to a sheister landlord, so called "Anti working class",Thatcher started selling council flats to council tenants at a knock down price. Now, I'm talking about flats overlooking Wimbledon Common, near where we lived worth getting on for a million now.. Guess what happened when we tried to buy just any old first time buyer ex council flat?, We were told to piss off cos we weren't on the council. This was my first experience of being a person,"In the middle" who uses none of the resources, but pays for all the cunts who do use all the resources, whether it be multi-millionaires still milking millions on various loopholes that these so called Socialist wankers haven't closed up or people screwing the benefits.
I don't care what anyone says, if you are in the middle you are there to be pissed on, whoever is in power...........FACT!
PS Like an !clown! I too used to beat the Labour drum, I even used to be a member (What a TWAT!) Now I'd hang the lot of them, especially Blair.

"To be honest, I'm surprised that you actually care"
I care because unfortunately like Randyandy I can remember how horrendous it was under Thatcher. And in my opinion there is a difference between the mainstream political parties.
"I'm surprised that you believe that any of these politicians have a "Belief" other than stashing cash and opportunities away for themselves"
To stick to the facts, 182 MPs had to give expenses money back out of over 600 MPs. This includes money they had to give back because the rules were changed retrospectively. This does not support your view as far as I can see that politicians are only in it for stashing cash. Some of them are clearly corrupt, a lot of them are not.
"like warmonger money-grabber Blair"
I agree about Blair. I would like to see him on trial at the Hague so I will vote Labour for the first time since 2001 with some reluctance. I do agree with Randyandy that Cameron's idea of a Big Society is complete and utter bollocks. And I am reluctant to vote for the Lib Dems, a party that last ran the British government when my great gran was having a knee trembler with Lloyd George.
"I'd rather have Tory toffs than this lot of hypocrites anyday."
Okay, so the only thing you can come up with in this thread to counter the list of things I linked to that Labour had done for those who aren't rich like minimum wage, tax credits, improvements in the NHS (as recognised by the independent Kings Fund who commented on the NHS being close to collapse in 1997) etc etc. is Thatcher's selling off of council houses.
So why do you think she did this? Love of the British working class? She wanted to flog off as many council houses as possible because she didnt want the state to carry on supporting those waged or unwaged who could not afford to own a house. So now with the council houses largely sold off, the only option as a result of Thatcher's actions for people in much of the south east who are not well off is the private sector rental. Hardly a great achievement! She did exactly the same thing when selling off the public utilities. Thatcher set the share price very low so that the sell-off was successful. And here you are moaning about rip-off public utilities and it was the "Tory toffs" who you prefer allegedly, who dropped us all in this shit.
And while you go on about bankers it was Thatcher who kicked off the deregularisation of the City and came out with the famous phrase "you can't buck the market".
Cheers

Re: British jobs for british workers
Right on Bob Singleton ! I totally agree with your comments ! The working class still exist but far too many are, as you say, feckless and would sooner
do bugger all except moan about foreign workers....
History teaches us that nothing much changes.....one of the oldest bits
of graffiti unearthed in Rome recently said (excuse my latin translation)
" Rome for fucking Romans !!!"
Its soooo easy to blame foreign or migrant workers for lost jobs etc. As one who spends much time shooting east europeans fucking I say thank
God for their stunning woman and work ethic !
Oh, and Jimbo Slip, your diatribe against the Labour Party is a wee bit
hysterical. You`ll burst a blood vessel if you don`t take a valium !! Though
I`m all for giving Cleggie and the Libs a chance this time around !!!
Re: Jim
Whatever you say, this bunch of wankers have had 13 years to correct the disaster of Thatcher. Pray tell, why didn't they re-nationalise the utilities or the railways? Why haven't they tightened up the tax loop-holes for the mega rich? Why did they ally us in an illegal war with an American Christian fundamentalist maniac? Why are their consumer protection laws against the big corporations toothless? Why is a person earning ?1.500,000 per annum pay the same tax rate as someone earning ?40,000+ a year?
They've had 13 years to correct these injustices and they have done NOTHING!
I actually don't give a toss who gets in as long as it's not NEW LABOUR!

Re: Jim
So in one post you said vote Lib Dem 1 later than that vote Tory Toffs (in your words) and in your 3rd their all cunts which presumably means none of the above, continued your rant against Labour while refusing to answer the question asked about what is Tory policy on the adult industry.
Forgive me for not now taking lectures on politics !clown!

Re: Jim
Hi
I note that you never answer any of my comments or questions, but instead come up with more of your own, as part of a generalised, I'm having a really bad day, rant. But hey, I don't run away from a challenge.
"Pray tell, why didn't they re-nationalise the utilities or the railways?"
As I previously stated Thatcher sold off the utilities etc for a song. The main people to benefit from Thatcher selling off what we, the British people owned, for very little was - yes you got it, the very bankers and investment funds that you rail against now. Given that Thatcher sold the utilities for very little and in doing so gave the people concerned a licence to print money, surprise, surprise the value of these companies has risen through the roof.
So unless we are going to go down the Chavez or Fidel Castro route, there would be a staggering cost to pay in renationalisation. If we were to go down the Castro route, there would be a huge flood of capital/investment away from this country. Alas this is one of the horrors of the capitalist world we live in and I don't see the Lib Dems doing anything to change this.
"Why haven't they tightened up the tax loop-holes for the mega rich?
Ah yes, the mega-rich I hate them too. The problem with the mega rich in a global society is that they can be based anywhere and can repatriate their profits pretty much anywhere. Ask Murdoch for more info. So closing tax loop-holes is one of those things that all parties go on about, just like promises to treat your mother-in-law better. Unfortunately they dont always materialise. As I have said ad nauseum elsewhere. Tax avoidance is legal, tax evasion is not. As soon as one tax avoidance loophole is closed; another is opened.
We could of course always get the SAS to shoot the bastards, but see comment on capitalist world in previous answer.
"Why did they ally us in an illegal war with an American Christian fundamentalist maniac?"
Indefensible I know. Best to ask the deluded Blair. Mind you, Cameron was all in favour too.
"Why is a person earning ?1.500,000 per annum pay the same tax rate as someone earning ?40,000+ a year?"
They don't. the tax rate on ?,1500,000 is 50%, a rise which the "Tory toffs" you prefer to Labour, were dead against. Obviously it could be higher, but see comment on capitalist world above. The bastards would tend to move overseas.
"They've had 13 years to correct these injustices and they have done NOTHING!"
There has been work done in helping the not rich of society and shoring up an education/health/police system which was close to collapse under Thatcher and I provided a link to a range of Labour successes earlier in the thread. Personally, I would have liked to see a lot more done, but I tell you one thing with certainty, it would have been a hell of a lot worse if the Conservatives had continued in 1997. Cameron and Osborne would have been like frightened rabbits caught in headlights during the global recession. Their proposed approach i.e savage cuts was almost universally panned worldwide.
I note with interest, an interview that Ken Clarke, the Shadow "Business" minister with the Tories gave yesterday, stating that he suspected that "the government money given to help keep the Vauxhall car plant in Ellesmere Port open was a Labour election bribe!"
If I worked at the plant and the Conservatives got in, I would start looking for a new job on May 7th.
Cheers

I'm with you on all those points! I too want to see the basic infrastructure of this nation (water, gas, electricity, railways and postal service) return to public ownership (and no financial restitution to shareholders... if you buy a car that has been stolen without realising it, you loose the car and your money. These industries were stolen by Thatcher. If you want your money back, get it off her!)
Too many British Prime Ministers have kow-towed to the US (indeed, it concerns me how Americanised this nation has become and continues to want to become, from the death of the high street, thanks to superstores, to the throwing out of traditional British rituals such as Guy Fawkes/bobbing for apples in favour of trick or treat).

Is this part of the "radical" Lib Dems manifesto then? Maybe I missed it.
