I have a few copies of the US version of Club (not anything to do with the UK Paul Raymond stuff) from about 2002 when some editions featured full frontal 'look-at-my-jubbly-bits' pictures on the front cover. I can only guess these were special issues produced specifically for restricted premises.

Being a parent myself i dont understand what akward questions mean. I mean if your child asks you a question you just answer the child then explain that it is good or bad or whatever.

For example....Child sees lads mag on top shelf with some attractive woman wi' baps out and asks.

You explain....Thats right. Its a fancy cook book and thats a nice lunch for babies then buy em a Peppa Pig comic and its game over.

I seriously doubt a child is going to need counselling for seeing a pretty bint with her fun bags out and nor do i believe it will corrupt them.

Its just tits fer chrissakes!!!
