on a more technical note: the navbar on the left disappears from view at the bottom of the screen. i can just about see the top of the link below 'competition' in order to click on it. if there's anything below that, i can't get to it. should there be a scroll bar?
when you click on 'LOST OR CANT SEE THE NAVBAR ON THE LEFT ? THEN CLICK HERE' at the bottom of the 'links' page it opens up the home page and navbar, inside the links page. this link needs to contain target="_top", in order to break out of the frame and fill the screen.

To say I am shocked wouldn't begin to describe it. I may be in therapy for months, such was the trauma of seeing "that" photo. Thanks for trying to warn me, Woodgnome.
